Terms of Service
By commissioning me, the artist, you agree to the following terms. These terms exist to protect both you (the Client) and me (the Artist) and ensure a smooth commission process.NSFW commission requests may only be filled by those who are of legal age, at least 18 years of age.SFW commission requests may be filled by those under 18 years of age, but it will only be accepted if the subject matter of the art request is completely appropriate.
There are exceptions to the kind of content I am willing to make.Death, NSFW illegal art, hyper, mecha, copyrighted characters.This list is not exhaustive; I reserve the right to decline any commission request that makes me uncomfortable or is illegal or immoral in nature.
TIMELINEWhile the commission is being done, the progress will be shown to the client via Discord; however, to prevent art theft, the drawings will be sent as a low-quality, pixelated, and watermarked preview.The commissioned artwork is typically completed within 4 to 20 days, depending on the level of detail of the art request and personal schedule or circumstances.In case of unexpected delays, I, the Artist, will notify the Client and provide an updated estimated completion date.PAYMENTSAll payments, exclusively in USD, are done through Throne.
100% upfront payment for every commission requested.Work begins upon payment.REFUNDSRefunds are available under the following conditions:
• If I (the artist) fail to deliver the commission within the agreed timeframe, you will receive a 100% refund.
• If you (the client) cancel the commission after work has begun, a 50% refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be provided once the final piece has been completed and delivered.Chargebacks without prior communication will result in a ban from future commissions.USAGE RIGHTSOwnership: I (the artist) retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artworks.I may display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, or commission examples, unless otherwise agreed. NSFW commissions will only be displayed with the client’s consent.LICENCE TO CLIENTBy commissioning me, you (the client) receive a personal-use license. This means you may:• Share the artwork online (social media, galleries, personal websites, etc.) as long as proper credit is given to me as the artist. Credit must be visible and reasonably legible when sharing online.• Use the artwork as avatars, profile pictures, banners, or personal prints.RESTRICTIONS (You may not)• Claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature/watermark.• Sell, redistribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, NFTs, advertisements, etc.) unless we have agreed on a commercial-use license beforehand.• Use the commissioned artwork in AI datasets, training models, or generative tools.
